Student Life

What is Student Life?

The Student Life Department is typically responsible for overseeing and enhancing students' overall well-being, engagement, and development outside of their academic pursuits. Student Life’s main focus is to create a supportive and enriching environment that contributes to the student’s personal growth, social experiences, and overall success during their time at school.

Here are the roles that the Student Life Department has at the Collegiate Charter School of Lowell:

  1. Student Engagement: The department organizes and supports various extracurricular activities, events, and clubs to encourage student involvement and create a vibrant school culture. These activities include cultural events and leadership programs such as Student Government, Model UN, and more.

  1. Orientation Programs: We organize orientation sessions for new students, helping them acclimate to the school’s environment, understand the school policies, and get to know their fellow students.

  1. Student Advocacy: The department acts as a liaison between students and school administration, advocating for student needs and concerns.

  1. Community Outreach: Student Life engages in the community by attending community events, participating in community service programs, and giving back to the local community.
