Our History & Mission

School History

The Collegiate Charter School of Lowell is a tuition-free public charter school that provides an academically challenging program in a safe and structured environment.  The school opened its doors in 2013, originally serving students enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 3. Every year thereafter, a grade level was added. Today, the school serves students in Kindergarten through Grade 12.

School Mission

The mission of the Collegiate Charter School of Lowell is to provide an academically rigorous and successful world-class, college-preparatory public educational program that enables all students, regardless of their background, to achieve their full potential, to be prepared for success in college, equipped with the ability and desire for lifelong learning, and develop strong, civic, ethical, and moral values in a safe, caring, and rigorous environment built on a school ethos that emphasizes high behavioral and academic expectations.

Leadership Team

Our school is led by our Executive Director, Adam Bakr. Each set of grade levels will be run by their own Assistant Principals, along with the School Principal, Courtney Connors.
