At the start of each school year, families are asked to complete and submit all required health forms and medical permission documents. These forms help ensure that the school can provide appropriate care for your child and respond effectively to any health-related needs during the school day.

We also encourage all families to review the school's Sick Child Policy to understand when it is appropriate to keep your child home and help prevent the spread of illness in our school community.
