Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at the Collegiate Charter School of Lowell (Collegiate).

Collegiate is a tuition-free college-preparatory public school that provides a top-quality education to students in Kindergarten through 12th Grade.

Collegiate accepts applications for Kindergarten through 10th grade and welcomes any child in Massachusetts although preference is given to siblings of current students and Lowell residents. Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are accepted during our Open Enrollment period which runs from October 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025. If more applications are received than available seats, a lottery is held in March.

We strive to prepare students for success in college, equip them with the ability and desire for lifelong learning, and strengthen their civic, ethical, and moral values. Collegiate provides equal access to a public education for all students, regardless of race, color, national origin, creed, sex, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age, ancestry, athletic performance, special need, proficiency in the English language or a foreign language, or prior academic achievement.

IMPORTANT: If you filled out an application for the 2024-2025 school year and you are reapplying for the 2025-2026 school year, please sign in with the username and password you created when you applied last year. If you are filling out an application for the first time, you will need to create a new username and password to access the application. If your child did not get a seat for the 2024-2025 school year you must fill out a new application for the 2025-2026 school year lottery
