Mr. Steve Martin, Grades 9-12 Assistant Principal

Biography:
Steven Martin brings over a decade of educational leadership experience focused on fostering restorative, student-centered school communities. He holds two M.Ed. degrees from Northeastern University and Framingham State University, and is a graduate of the Greater Boston Principals’ Residency Network through the Center for Collaborative Education.

Currently, serving as Assistant Principal at the Collegiate Charter School of Lowell, Mr. Martin leads school culture transformation efforts, designs professional development in restorative and trauma-informed practices, and works closely with students, families, and staff to promote equity and academic excellence.

Previously, he served as Director of Athletics and Dean of Students at Acton-Boxborough Regional School District, where he managed a large athletics program and championed leadership, wellness, and inclusion initiatives. His leadership experience spans both academics and extracurriculars, with a proven commitment to fostering inclusive, high-achieving environments where all students can thrive.  Prior to twelve years at AB he was an Assistant Principal at Narragansett Middle School, Business and Technology Teacher at Hudson High School, and Business and Theater Teacher at Marlborough High School.
